All loan terms, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the Lending Partner you choose. Checking eligibility on Funding Experts Group typically results in a soft credit inquiry (no impact on credit). Proceeding with a full application may result in a hard inquiry. Funding Experts Group does not guarantee approval or endorse any specific lender, product, or offer. Your engagement with any Lending Partner is entirely between you and that lender. Funding Experts Group is not responsible for their decisions, offers, or conduct.

Our service is strictly a referral and matching service. All final loan products, rates, terms, and agreements are determined by and entered into directly with the third-party lender you choose.

Checking eligibility through our platform typically results in a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. However, proceeding with a formal application with a lender will likely result in a hard credit inquiry.

3. Data, Privacy & Communication

By submitting your information through Funding Experts Group, you authorize us and our Lending Partners to use your data to evaluate potential funding options consistent with our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive communications from Funding Experts Group and/or Lending Partners by email, text message, or phone, which may include marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. We value your privacy and handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Text Messaging / SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from Funding Experts Group regarding our services and offers.
